At Raviche, we are committed to ensuring you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we provide a seamless exchange and refund policy.

Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for an exchange or refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be in the same new condition as received, with the original Raviche tag attached.
- Items with removed tags or requests made after 14 days from the date of order receipt are not eligible for exchange or refund.
- Each order is eligible for only one post-purchase action—either an exchange OR a refund.
Shipping Fees
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for any additional shipping and handling costs for approved exchange or refund requests.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
At Raviche, we take pride in delivering top-quality products. In the rare event that you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, we will gladly offer one of the following:
- A full cash refund, or
- A free exchange.
This applies only if the issue is reported within 14 days of receiving the order.
